Molten chocolate cakes (Source: Café Gourmant, ed. Hachette Pratique; picture: weheartit)

Baking time: 12mn.


  • 140g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g chocolate
  • 60g almond powder
  • 100g sugar


  • Preheat the oven at 200°C. Break the chocolate into pieces. In a pan, melt it in a bain marie. When melted, mix well. Add butter little by little while mixing slowly, then add sugar. Mix again.
  • Break the eggs into another bowl. Whisk them and add them to the chocolate mixture. Mix again. Add the almond powder then. 
  • Put in the oven then bake for 12mn. 
  • When baked, wait 15mn before unmolding them.
